Our Ethiopian coffee is grown in Limu (also spelled Limmu), a growing region in Southern Ethiopia. This coffee is naturally processed (cherries are dried whole without using water or machines) which leads to notes of deep fruit and complex sweetness. This farm's coffee is Organic, UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, and Café Practice certified.
